Groomers, trainers, vets, treat shops, pet adoptions, music and more will help shape an afternoon of joy at Houston Congregation for Reform Judaism's 5th Annual Bark Mitzvah on Sunday, April 23rd! Free and open to the community! Food and fun for all!
