Calling All Area Therapists and Mental Health Professionals: The upcoming Mental Health Happy Hour at GROW Giesen Plant Shop in downtown Wichita is on April 27th from 5 pm-7 pm. This monthly happy hour was created to facilitate conversation and cultivate community within the local mental health space. The goal of this event is to network with peers in a fun and casual environment. The event runs from 5 pm-7 pm, with a new featured professional each month briefly presenting about their company. This month Ashley Abedini, the organizer, will talk more about the motivation behind this group. It is $10 to attend. Your ticket includes a glass of sangria, as well as appetizers from The Monarch.
