Join us on Thursday, May 4 from 12 – 1 PM at the Marshall County Council of Aging to learn more about the LMC ENCORE program where you bring your leadership wisdom, expertise, and experience to connect with fellow participants and the Marshall County community. This is a free event and lunch will be served. ENCORE provides participants with opportunities to reflect on their leadership legacy and to further practice their leadership skills as they stay connected with professional peers. After acceptance into the 6-session once a month program, you will:  Reflect upon and reinforce your leadership skills.  Enhance your well-being skills: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishments.  Leverage your talent and skill: 1) Mentor a leader in a nonprofit organization; and 2) Collaborate with ENCORE team members to present pro-bono workshops on essential areas that impact Marshall County nonprofits.
