Come join the fun on the ranch with the Pony Go Round crew. Your child will be able to brush and bling up the their pony, learn about feed, how lead and care for a pony, play games and then take a 30 minute mini hand-led trail ride. She or he will leave with a plush pony mascot. Release of Liability Pony rides are considered an extreme sport! Under Idaho Law Title 6-1802 an equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. By purchasing a ticket for this event I hereby request that the my child be allowed to participate in equine/animal activities provided by Pony Go Round (Company). Presence on the property or around the animals, even as a spectator, shall be deemed as being fully involved in equine/animal activities and the hold harmless agreement shall be in full force as follows. I acknowledge the potential for injury up to and including death that can occur from working with equines/animals or being involved with activities using equines/animals. I also understand that there are diseases, such as but not limited to e-coli, that can be transmitted between animals and humans. I hereby waive any claim, which I may have against Pony Go Round, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, volunteers, property owners, and/or anyone else directly or indirectly connected with the Company arising out of any injury, up to and including death, sustained while I, or my child (ren) am/is/are involved in equine/animal activities. I further understand that under Idaho Law Title 6-1802 an equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. The ticket purchaser assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all equine/animal related activities including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to the equine/animal, participant, and spectator. In consideration thereof, for the privilege of participation in activities with equines and other animals, including riding, feeding or holding, in connection with Pony Go Round or Jessie McArthur either as single or jointly affiliated, in any affiliation herein, the undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the above named Company and individuals both as single entities and/or jointly affiliated and further releases them from any liability or responsibility for accident, damage, injury, illness, up to and including death, to the purchaser or any family member or spectator accompanying the purchaser on the premises.
