Join me on Sunday, April 23rd for a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation. Let's sit, sip, and enjoy the medicinal and ceremonial effects of Mama Cacao. Cacao is a sacred medicine that can help us connect with our highest selves and our hearts. It connects us to gratitude and often opens up space within us to help us find clarity. My intention is to create a space where we can be present in love and in a safe container to open our hearts. Cacao is a gentle yet powerful medicine. When consumed intentionally it can open a doorway into our consciousness and our hearts. Join me as we collectively create higher frequencies of love together.
