Pack your bags and get ready for a meditative pilgrimage with creative citizen Susan Madison. Using a combination of mudra poses (symbolic hand gestures that work similar to yoga) and guided meditation, you’ll commune with your higher self to create a self-proclamation poem.
Since the beginning of written language, writers have written self-expression poems. These poems are expressive vessels of one’s personality and symbolic prayers of thanks to the God that created us.
Susan Madison is an activist, author, poet and visual artist whose themes’ focus on feminine liberation, racial equity, and spirituality. Madison’s writings have been published in national anthologies, a Chicken Soup for the Soul series and local newspapers and magazines. Susan studied Creative Writing and Poetry
