All spiritual traditions are invited. All skill levels are welcome! In this group meditation workshop, we’ll explore: -Connecting with spirit guides. -How to use breath, music, and posture to enter a trance state (no plant medicines needed!) -Methods for seeing, feeling and hearing the unseen world. -Tools for spiritual healing. -Techniques for connecting mind, body and heart – so you become the most fulfilled and empowered version of yourself! We meet regularly for these workshops. Every session is unique, so regular participants will continue learning new knowledge.
