When I went to commercial real estate conferences, I was one of the few ladies out of hundreds and sometimes thousands of real estate investors especially commercial real estate investors. That same pattern repeated when I went to meetups, and saw the agents, brokers, lenders, and investors. 👉 I decided to change that by telling my stories of how I got started, and my challenges. I started a club with more than a thousand members, a local commercial real estate meetup. Sometimes I hear people say, "Micy I really look up to you for doing commercial real estate out there". I feel good because I no longer just represent myself out there. I represent many females that want to take control of their finances, their freedom and their dreams! 🔥 Today, I am bringing another good news. I, Brie Madden and Ashley Habiger are hosting a mixer for women in commercial real estate in Northwest Arkansas at Waco Title newest office in Pinnacle Mall in Rogers, AR. It will be on Thursday, May 11 at 4 p.m. at Waco Title in Lowell, AR with wine and cheese. We will have our guest speaker, Hannah Cicioni who is an experienced commercial real estate developer and runs her own brokerage as well. 💡 Hannah Cicioni is Owner & Principal of CRD Real Estate & Development. With over 10 years in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development, Hannah serves as Principal Broker for CRD, overseeing all aspects of the company. In addition, Hannah serves as lead for the development division of CRD. Prior to CRD, Hannah has been involved in land development and wildlife management consulting, as well as being the founder of a real estate development and consulting firm that specializes in historic preservation, residential, retail and mixed-use developments, in and around historic downtown settings nationwide. Hannah is also the Founder and Owner of TxAR House BBQ, located in Downtown Rogers. Through service on various boards for the City of Rogers and Rogers Lowell Chamber of Commerce, Hannah currently serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Rogers.
