At Crisp & Green - we bring more than our scratch-made & chef crafted menu to the community. We also collaborate with local partners to provide FREE wellness events & opportunities as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere. Let's celebrate self-love & wellness, together! The class will run around 45 mins long we start with a 7 min stretch/cardio warm up then we will go through six 3 min rounds of different boxing combinations/techniques and end with 7 mins of core/strength moves as a cool down.
