Join UF/IFAS Extension Brevard County to learn about starting your own food business. In this class, we’ll cover the different food business types, regulatory agencies involved in food business operations, food safety, the steps to opening a food business, writing a business plan, business and finances, and more.
The class will be held Saturday, April 29 and Saturday, May 6 from 9am – 1pm. There will also be an opportunity to “taste-test” your product on Thursday, May 4 at the Brevard County Farmers Market to get feedback. The cost of the program is $125.

Space is limited to 12 people and registration ends on April 26 at 5 pm. Cash and checks are also accepeted.
