Join the FootZone and Hoka for a morning run to get aquainted with the Dirty Half course and nearby trails. All are welcome!
What: Training Run to prepare for the Dirty Half ~10 mile run which will preview parts of the Dirty Half course. Shorter options available.When: Saturday morning May 6th, READY to RUN @ 8:00am. We'll have course leaders and will mark the course so you'll know exactly where to go. Where: Meet at Phils Trailhead parking lot, we'll plan to meet in the main parking lot-north of the pit toilets- look for a Hoka Tent. Why: So you can get an awesome training run in, preview part of the course, enjoy the camaraderie of other runners and have a chance to WIN some awesome prizes! We'll also provide some post-run refreshments to ensure you're sticking to your recovery plan!Just in case: We'll have a PT from Step and Spine on hand to answer any injury or PT related questions you may have.
