Learn how to become an advocate for mental health while we discuss the importance of accessible mental health programs like some of ours. You will also have the opportunity to build your own Calming Kit for you or someone you know!
What's a Calming Kit?
Calming kits are meant to be used when a person is feeling anxious or uncomfortable in a setting and is looking for ideas of how to regulate themselves and gain control of their emotions. The calming kits include different activities, as well as, sensory items for people to use, all in a discrete, easy to carry kit.
