County Information Center (CIC) Call Takers provide a vital service to the public. During emergencies, they register people for the Special Needs Evacuation Assistance Program, provide timely information and answer questions from the public. This training is mandatory for those who will be staffing the CIC for the first time. It is recommended for those who are returning to receive updated information.
