This class will invite you to set the intention of curiosity and explore the deepest layers of yourself through yin yoga and guided reflection in the form of poems and written pieces.
Alexa Glazer, speaker + author, will lead you through reflection reading a selection of her work while Emily Kloss guides you through your physical yin yoga practice.
After class you are invited to celebrate your aliveness and community by enjoying the space full of plants and other humans seeking the same level of self depth.
*Yin yoga is a very slow paced, beginner friendly, practice focused on stretching and relaxing. Please bring a yoga mat and any props to help support your practice - yoga blocks and blankets will be offered.
