Bring a single friend to join the fun here at Dedicated Senior Medical Center! Dedicated Senior Medical Center, part of ChenMed, a senior focused primary care center. Our medical centers provide affordable VIP care to Medicare eligible seniors with the goal of providing better health. Our Primary Care Physicians have on-site medication, imaging, laboratory and access to specialists in order to provide comprehensive primary care services. We also will provide door to doctor transportation services through a national contract with Uber Health. Dedicated believes that all seniors should have access to the services we provide as well as improved health. Rather you are a member of one of our facilities or a member of the community.
