We are so excited to host another fun evening with Baltimore Breathwork! This time, it's Motown themed! You'll enjoy a 50-minute Cardio Sculpt 1.0 class with Jari, followed by a 50-minute Breathwork Soundbath with Liz - all to a curated soundtrack of your favorite Motown music! Be sure to wear grip socks for the Pilates class, and bring a blanket with you for the Soundbath portion of class. Light refreshments to follow. Questions?
