Get ready to cheers with a hearty buon apettito as you enjoy a plant-based Italian inspired dinner with wine pairings from Pine Lake Cellars' spring menu. Menu items from Sadie Cooks Plants start with a bread course of house-made artisan bread and a salad course. Next is the main attraction: fresh pasta from local pasta chef Michela Tartaglia topped with a tofu ragu. The first three courses are paired with Pine Lake Cellars' Grenache. Local Seattle Sorbet will serve as a palette cleanser before the dessert course: lemon poppyseed cookies with vanilla cream cheese frosting paired with the Chantelle White.
