Family Development & Samaritan Foundation believes in the importance of empowering others through education. We strongly believe that together, we can help others receive the assistance, tools, and support needed to better their education. Our run continues to assist children in their education. Your involvement helps us help students by paying children school fees, supplying school supplies, and scholarship opportunities. All proceeds will go towards a child’s education in the DMV and developing countries. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 to help students across the country. You can register your school, organization, or business into our team run (minimum of 5 people), family run (minimum of 5 people) or as an individual. Location: Allen Pond Park 3330 Northview Dr, Bowie, MD 20716 Price: $30 per person Children: FREE Registration begins: 12:30 pm Run/Walk begins: 1 pm Host a fundraiser: Fundraising is available for team or family races* - Facebook - Instagram *Pledged fundraisers in the amount of $1,000 or more will be added to our website. Invite family, friends, and coworkers to help you meet your pledged goal! Once you reach your goal, you will be added to our Championship Wall and race day shout out to recognize your achievement.
