Join us at Hardwick Winery for a guided Wine & Food Pairing Experience! During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio paired with a variety of cheese, herb, and jam combinations, as well as teach the fundamentals of wine and food pairing. Menu*: - Reservoir White Dry Riesling with cream cheese and red pepper jelly - Yankee Boy White with Delice de Bourgogne, orange jam, and rosemary - Reservoir Rosé with brie, strawberry jam, and dill - Hardwick Red with sharp cheddar, fig jam, and thyme - Dana Black Cherry with goat cheese & basil This is a 21+ event.
