Once a month, we join together as women to celebrate and appreciate all that we have accomplished in the past month, and to release that which may have been useful in the past as a conditioned way of being, but now no longer serves the ever-more-fully conscious-beings we are committed to becoming in every moment! You, my dear, have been warmly invited to join us. Please do not miss this opportunity! This is a different kind of women's circle. We get into our bodies BEFORE we share. We drop into the essence of our sacred animal beings' sensations BEFORE we even try find words to describe them. And we would love for YOU to join us, beloved Sistar, for a full 90-minute Amba Movement practice session in our *NEW* space at the Melon Ball, where we can hoot, holler, sweat, and take advantage of an amazing sound and lighting system, too. This fun and funky space is reminiscent of Corazon Arts, in Topanga Canyon, where the original Amba Women's Full Moon Circles originated. You will love it! The evening begins with a welcoming ceremonial cacao circle and closes with a walk together -- just ten minutes through the nature preserve -- to Ellen's private home, where we can engage in our favorite post-movement ritual of bathing in alternately hot and cold pools, then warming ourselves by a cleansing fire. Unlike past Amba circles in Davis, this one will NOT be interrupted. We now have a safe container in which to grow our circle! So bring a friend (I trust your judgment) and reserve your spaces now. We can only accommodate 14 women, and committed members have priority.
