GiveNOLA Day returns on May 2nd, 2023! Join Beloved Community and The Leona Tate Foundation for Change for a Community Crawfish Boil to celebrate the day and share our accomplishments with the community!
Hosted at the historic Tate, Etienne, and Prevost (TEP) Center on St. Claude Avenue, Beloved Community and The Leona Tate Foundation are joining together to highlight the importance of advancing racial equity in our city.
We’ll have a dedicated land acknowledgment to honor the legacy of the land, offer tours of the TEP Center's civil rights exhibition and Beloved Community's new headquarters, and hear from our matriarchs, Rhonda Broussard + Dr. Leona Tate.
Plus: plenty of crawfish!
Date: Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023
Time: 12pm-4pm CST
Location: The TEP Center, 5909 St. Claude Ave
We'd love to see you there! Please RSVP before April 28th to let us know if you'll be joining us.
