OVERVIEW Off-Grid Retreats is grateful to collaborate with Anushka Fernandopulle to offer this outdoor Mindfulness in Nature gathering. Join us to practice mindfulness in sitting, walking, birding and other ways of being present in nature. Connect with elements of nature as we feel them in our bodies and experience them around us. Parts of the session will be in silent contemplative practice but there will also be time for questions and sharing. PROGRAM DETAILS Anushka will be the guiding teacher at this gathering, which will take place at Heron’s Head Park in San Francisco, CA. More specifically, Anushka will meet participants on Sunday, April 30th 2023 at 9:00 am PT at the parking lot off of Jennings Street at the entrance to the EcoCenter in Heron's Head Park. This gathering will end at 11:00 am PT on the same day. Practitioners from any and all backgrounds are welcome. No meditation experience is required. Please register sooner than later so we can notify you if we need to reschedule due to weather conditions. If/when you register, Off-Grid Retreats will email you a recommended packing list. Please be sure to pack what you feel is necessary to enjoy the outdoors in a variety of conditions. You may also sign up for our carpool email in this registration process. PRICING & POLICIES Off-Grid Retreats and Anushka suggest contributing a donation of $20.00 - $50.00. These generous donations and a portion of the ticket fees allow Off-Grid Retreats to offer our event and retreats freely to all regardless of financial means. So we thank you in advance for your contributions. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 1 week before the event start date, you must cover the refund processing fee. Then, the remaining amount paid will be refunded to you. If you cancel less than 1 week before the event start date or leave the event early no refund will be provided. COVID Policy: Off-Grid Retreats will adhere to all California COVID mandated requirements. Thus, we reserve the right to change our policy, if the state's mandated requirements change. Currently, Off-Grid Retreats does not require any COVID vaccination(s) or test(s) to attend this gathering but we kindly ask people to stay home if they feel sick the day before and/or the day of this event.
