The State of Colorado has updated its Swimming Pool and Mineral Bath regulation for the first time in decades. The changes give the San Juan Basin Board of Health the option to adopt some or all of the 2018 Model Aquatic Health Code in Archuleta, La Plata, and San Juan Counties. Without action, your facility will remain subject to the 1973 state regulations.
