Holistic Sundays is a new offering brought to you by Indy Holistic Hub (IHH)! It is free for all to attend. We will be at the Athenaeum in the Rathskeller Biergarten ushering in spring with the rising of joined holistic spirits coming together. We are imagining a beautiful outdoor spring day!!! A **Big Thanks** goes to our Headlining Vendor Sponsor: Gymroots Inc The Day Will Include: Meet & Greet with IHH professionals representing various modalities and offerings in the greater Indianapolis area.Browse and experience our vendor sponsors and their offerings. Neil McGuffog, founder of At The Core and IHH Leadership Council member, will be on the stage to lead participants through “sampler” yoga sessions incorporating readily accessible postures for this practice, along with a focus on breathing and staying present. Enjoy being amongst holistic community.Enter to win our prize drawing which will be given away at the event. In partnership with the Conscious Community Collaborative, we will be gathering donations for the Nomad Alliance.Light nibbles will be provided.Doors open at 2:00 with welcome messages and the opening of our Holistic Sunday experiences at 2:10.
