With the passing of AB2019 (Petrie-Norris), there is a mandate that 25% of all state contract dollars are spent on a state-certified small business. The State Procurement and Access to Capital Conference will provide actionable information on how to get your business state certified and how your business can take advantage of the billions of dollars that are contracted each year through the more than 200 state agencies and departments. The conference will have participation from 10 state agencies, including the Department of General Services and five lenders, as well as a special presentation from Assembly Member Cottie Petrie-Norris (A73).
