Have you ever been to a sauna before? Do you know about their amazing health benefits for your immune system, heart health, sleep cycles, skin and mental health? Come experience what its all about at Homestead Saunas first public event! Check out the sauna and see what it's all about. We will be offering FREE herbal infused drinks, steams, and aromatherapy all though the event and some snacks. We will also have a full range of thermal therapies available- fire in the sauna, cold plunge in the dunk tank! A pressurized shower is also available. Please bring (or wear) a swimsuit and towel or bathrobe for full comfort. We will have some towels available to rent if you forget ;) Can't wait for you to experience this project we have been pouring our heart into the last 9 months!
