Circuit Training is back at Heather's Gym! Come out on April 29th for a Free Community Class to meet our newest instructor, Monica, a Libertyville native who just returned from living in California. Monica loves coaching a circuit - she loves to focus on proper form and have fun too. Circuit involves stations of strength and cardio utilizing a different mix of equipment in every class: hand weights, battle ropes, BOSUs, kettlebells, resistance tubing, ladders, sandbags, TRX, and more! Wear your sneakers, bring a water bottle, and be ready for a new challenge every week! Modifications offered whenever needed - this class is for ALL levels. Look for Circuit Training in May on Wednesdays at 9:30 AM and Saturdays at 8:15 AM.
