Join us for a relaxing and restorative sound experience at our Small Group Sound Baths. Our sound baths include the healing sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls crystal quartz singing bowls gongs drums and various other instruments. We are a fully equipped sound healing studio (similar to restorative and yin yoga equipment: mats blankets bolsters and blocks) so there is no need for you to bring anything but yourself! We also feature shikifutons and memory foam mattresses for your ultimate comfort. Class size is limited to 6 guests to allow for focused and directed sound healing to each individual.
