3 Hour Texas VA Boot Camp CE Course #43145 Instructor: Tamara Tapman, Instructor for Texas REALTORS Provider #0001 Course Description: The VA Boot Camp class is a three-hour CE course designed to help real estate professionals understand the basics of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Attendees will gain a comprehensive knowledge of veteran eligibility for a VA home loan as well as general underwriting and appraisal processes. Agents will also learn about the Veterans Land Board (VLB) and the available benefits for veterans in the state of Texas. Agents who take this course will also learn techniques to get the veteran’s contracts accepted and enhance their overall business with veterans. Most veterans are either unaware or misinformed regarding their benefits. This course will provide agents with the knowledge to separate themselves from other real estate professionals who have not taken the time to learn the specifics of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program.
