For Cinco de Mayo weekend we are adding a Salsa Competition on Saturday May 6th from 2-4pm. Contestants must pre-register no later than May 5th. You must bring at least 1 gallon of salsa. We do not want you to run out and lose votes! You must also bring whatever chip you would like people to tast your salsa with. Voting is blind - your salsa will be set on our competition tables with a number only. Votes are from the visiting public, Hoptown owners, staff members and salsa lovers everywhere! We will also have 3 food judges! Awards will be given for 1st - 3rd place by our judges and the People's Choice Award from the general voting crowd. Good luck!
