The Family Fitness Instructor, Mich Coomes, will make you sweat! This program covers multiple types and styles of fitness to target your whole body. During the hour-long class, participants will use their body weight, dumbbells, and kettlebells to train their physical and mental health. This program focuses on being healthy as a community, and is open to all levels and ages!
This program meets on the morning of the second Saturday of each month. Participants can register to come with their families or by themselves.
Mich Coomes, CF L2 NASM, is a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. She is passionate about helping people of all ages, shapes, and sizes reach their goals.
