Join us Saturday, April 22nd as coaches Mikayla and Meg from F45 downtown San Diego host a fun F45 inspired workout hosted by Fabletics San Diego! The workout will be from 9-10am and will be an F45-inspired session, focusing on functional strength + cardio movements, as well as a core finisher at the end. We will be bringing light weights and bands to level up the workout experience! Class will be held in the beautiful Fashion Valley mall courtyard directly in front of Macy's (level 1) Be sure to bring a mat and your energy, we'll provide the rest!
