@The_Good_Loop on Instagram Earth Day Clothing Swap! Presented by The Good Loop in collaboration with Sun Bum. JOIN US for our eighth Clothing Swap event: Saturday, April 29th, 11am-2pm at Sun Bum HQ in Encinitas! WHO WE ARE: The Good Loop is a sustainably minded Clothing Swap Event that provides our community with an inclusive and eco-friendly way to shop and connect. Because the most sustainable clothing is the clothing that already exists! We break down barriers to accessing sustainable fashion by creating this event free of charge for everyone! Together we swap clothes with one another and prevent thousands of pounds of items from going into landfills. Additionally, all leftover items are donated to our houseless neighbors in need. HOW TO SWAP: 1. Register for the event and get your tickets here. Tickets are required for entry at this event. A donation of $10 really helps us continue to host events like this in the community! 2. Gather your *gently* preloved clothing to donate. Please bring a maximum of 10 items. 3. Join us Saturday April 9th, 11am at Sun Bum in Encinitas. Check-in at the front table using your ticket from Eventbrite. 4. Hang your items on the racks and hangers provided and start swapping! 5. Enter our raffle from sponsors like Sunbum, Alila, Allbirds...etc. Mingle, make friends, chat about sustainability, and enjoy! Drinks provided by Topochico! _____ The Good Loops' mission is to reduce the quantity of clothes that end up in landfills by swapping with one another instead. At the same time, we hope to uphold the joy that comes from self-expression through clothing. Through swapping and connecting about a passion for sustainability, The Good Loop fosters a strong sense of community and connection for eco-minded individuals. Our intention is equally rooted in giving back to our local community in need. All leftover items from each swap event are donated to emergency and homeless shelters in our community! The planet, the shopper, and those in need all benefit from this event.
