CarePortal is a connecting technology, bringing real-time vetted needs from local social workers working with families right to the churches within their community. The primary goal of CarePortal is connections! Churches have the opportunity to meet and serve these families directly. It starts with a vetted need, but potentially blooms into a long-term relationship with the families we serve, the agencies that are working with them, and the churches in our neighborhoods! We will host a short training to share how to join Life.Church Northland's team, how to respond, and how to connect with families! Thank you for your prayerful consideration to join this training!
