This is the 2023 Cadet and Senior Cadre Registration. Student registration is on a different Eventbrite (linked below). Cadet and Senior Cadre that have been approved into their positions should register through this site. ***If you are a cadet or senior member that has not been slotted into an approved cadre slot, please contact the Encampment Executive cadre at the email address listed below.*** ***CADET CADRE EXTRA MEALS*** Cadet cadre who will be on site Saturday prior to Student arrival and Saturday/Sunday after Graduation will need to register for extra meals. There are four meals available for purchase at $10 per meal. Those wishing to eat at those meals MUST select and pay for a meal ticket. REFUNDS: Refunds will be made up to 29 June 2023 After this date, ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be made available for any reason. This is due to money already being used to purchase items such as food that is non-refundable. ADDITIONAL FORMS: Weekly, Encampment staff will reach out to registered members with additional forms and items that will need to be completed prior to the activity. Forms will include: CAPF 60-81, Application for Encampment; CAPF 160, CAP Member Health History Form; CAPF 161, Emergency Information; CAPF 163, Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-the-Counter Medication, and the Missouri Military Academy Hold Harmless Agreement.
