Description

For seniors, a viral component of staying active, vibrant, and healthy is to have a structured fitness program designed to meet the specific needs of this active population. The small group workouts are designed with you in mind, to improve and/or maintain strength, stamina, and balance. This program will keep you in the game, whether your passion is hiking, biking, golf, tennis, or the game of life! The workouts are capped at ten participants, ensuring ample personalization and guidance from the instructor. Each workout will focus on strength, mobility, balance, and stamina, through the use of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells of appropriate weight, and resistance bands. Get ready for a fun, effective, life enhancing workout!
