The Startup Junkie Foundation based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and event co-host the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce present this free public event "NWA Free or Low-Cost Small Business Resources" to educate all Northwest Arkansas (NWA) small business owners, entrepreneurs, and those just thinking of starting a business about how to access the plethora of free and low-cost business resources and assistance available to them in the NWA region and from the entire State of Arkansas. You will learn in this seminar all about available public resource centers, labs, programs, and public, private, and non-profit organizations that can assist you with business growth planning, preparing cash flow projections, making a marketing plan, places to co-work and produce foods or products, how to increase your revenue streams, business plan preparation, tips for locating NWA professionals like small business insurance agents, accountants and bookkeepers, bankers, social media marketing professionals, and attorneys who really understand small business operations and needs, and many other local industry-specific organizations. Further, many NWA business networking groups and events will be discussed and explored for you to consider attending or joining the right one to fit your business type, size, and needs, as well as looking at some ideas, resources, and opportunities for business growth in neighboring Northeast Oklahoma. LOCATION: Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce 101 N Mt Olive St, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 This is a free public event for anyone. REGISTRATION is required due to limited seating. Attendees are welcome to bring food and drinks into the session. Speaker Martha Londagin is an Executive Consultant with the Startup Junkie Foundation (startupjunkie.org) based in Fayetteville, AR. She consults with small business owners and entrepreneurs in the 9 county NWA region regarding all aspects of starting a business or growing their current business and maintaining economic viability. Startup Junkie is a team of passionate people working every day to empower entrepreneurs and innovators in Arkansas through its many events it hosts each month, consultations with over 800 regional entrepreneurs annually, and its varied programs in collaboration with Northwest Arkansas (NWA) groups, institutions, schools, cities, and community organizations. The Startup Junkie Foundation is supported by grant funding resources from supporters like the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the Walton Family Foundation, the United States Small Business Administration, and federal EDA programs. The services and events of the Startup Junkie Foundation are always provided to the NWA public at no-cost. Martha has worked as a business banker, business attorney, Walton College small business center consultant, and as a public-school educator in NWA and Northeast Oklahoma. She holds an undergraduate degree in education and English from the University of Arkansas as well as her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in Oklahoma and Arkansas and resides in Grove, OK and Fayetteville, AR. Martha is a sixth- generation resident of the region and a small business owner.
