Are you ready to kickstart your weekend with a refreshing and invigorating yoga session? IN DEPTH MOVEMENT's donation based (read: no obligation) yoga class is happening every Saturday from 1030-1130am at Flora Wylie Park. This is an all-levels class, perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike. Please don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. And while you're here you'll also get a sneak peak at our new personal training and yoga services. This will be the first of many events that helps guide you towards your health and fitness goals. You'll have a chance to connect with other health-minded individuals in your community. We'll be heading to the St Petersburg Saturday Morning Market afterwards where there's plenty of fresh food and good times. RSVP now and invite your friends to join us!
