This Summit is an opportunity for business leaders in the Owatonna area, like you, to indicate your most pressing current and future talent needs, focusing on your Manufacturing and Distribution talent needs. Together, we will ensure that the programs of study, industry credentials, and core skills provided at Riverland Community College and Owatonna Public Schools will prepare the workforce of tomorrow for high-skill, high-wage, high-demand careers in our region. The Owatonna Talent Strategy Summit will be held in two parts, distinguished by the specific workforce challenges we will focus on solving. You are invited to participate in either, or both summit gatherings, depending on your workforce needs.
