This class is for individuals looking to learn the basics of charcuterie board building with some intricate twists that are also easy to master and sure to wow your friends and family for many holidays and events to come. You will learn a ton of our tips and tricks about different cutting techniques, how to fold multiple types of salami roses, different prosciutto folding techniques, and pairings to make the perfect bite *chef's kiss*. Each 12-inch round board will be loaded with 3 types of meat, 3 kinds of cheese, nuts, seasonal goodies, fresh fruits, honey, a keepsake wooden honey dipper, olives, garnish, and more. A sleeve of crackers will be sent with you on the side at the end of the class. We provide everything you need to make and take your board home to enjoy with friends and family. Feeds 4-6 as light appetizers. Amayesing Graze provides a box to take your beautiful board home, a placemat, a paper towel, a paring knife, and a cutting board. The class is about an hour long!
