The Keep The Mitten Clean Crew is celebrating the Summer Solstice week with a Trash Cleanup on Lake Michigan with a Beach Cleanup in Grand Haven! Details: 1. We are planning to cleanup the beach from 1130am to 130pm. You'll be able to grab your pickers, bags, and gloves at Notos-at the Bil-Mar and move back and forth between the beach, Notos, and dips in Lake Michigan! We will also separate number two plastics to repurpose thanks to our friends at South Bay Recycleware. 2. We have customized Keep The Mitten Clean bandanas and coozies from Happy People Hike! 3. We will also have a Pacifico Grand Prize to give away! 4. Suggested donation of $5.00 to attend will go to Friends of Grand Rapids Parks. 5.
