Join me for a hike/walk on the Wissahickon Bike trail. We will be following the Forbidden Drive route of the trail, where we will share space with other women who all want to come together to uplift, empower, and re-center. Nature is one of the best ways to become grounded and raise vibrations. This is an opportunity to bond, learn something new, have a safe space, and hopefully walk away with something meaningful. The walk will be approximately 2 1/2 hours. During this time, there will be intervals for ice breakers, a sister circle, and end with a guided mediation session lead by me.
