Mynesha Spencer is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Inclusion Strategist at All of Us Together Co., a human relations firm specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. She is the Greater Omaha Chamber's Young Professional DEIA ChangeMaker of the Year (2023) and is devoted to advancing concepts, practices, and policies that impact positive change. She has served on the Strategic Leadership Academy Board of Topeka, Kansas, for minority leadership development and as Board Member on the Greater Topeka Partnership Board for Economic Inclusion. Bridgett Belsky is an Author, Certified Life Coach, Master Certified Professional Coach, Business Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Financial Counselor, and she holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Rockhurst University. She founded Room For Roots, Inc. to mentor at-risk and underserved women and girls in the Midwest. Shawntal M. Mallory is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, and a licensed attorney specializing in adoption, juvenile, family, and employment law. She is the Executive Director of the Nebraska Legal Diversity Council and an adjunct Law Professor at Creighton Law School. She is certified in Nonprofit Executive Leadership and Leading Equity & Inclusion in Organizations, co-founder of the Nebraska Association of African American HR Professionals, an Inclusive Communities LeadDIVERSITY Advocate, and a graduate of Leadership Omaha Class 31. She is an active community volunteer, a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. member, and attends Salem Baptist Church. Her favorite role is mom to her two sons.
