The Real Rat pilot premiere will include: two show times (6:45pm, 7:45pm), meet and greet, and a discussion with Q & A.  *** Local filmmaker, Luke Hristou, is set to bring a three-year journey to the theater with the release of the upcoming independent pilot, Real Rat. A down-to-earth story about a “funky” aging athlete, whose life has always been: simpler in the gym. The pilot episode (to what’s envisioned to be a running series celebrating hoops/hoopers in Spokane) features Hristou, alongside Spokane local and longtime acting coach – Rick Ibarra-Rivera, as well as Molly Maloney of Coeur D’alene. The pilot was shot by former Rogers and Spokane Community College basketball player, DaShawn Bedford (B&B Video). Hristou (81hundred productions) and Jerry Buxbaum (Mystery Ridge Movie Ranch) produced.
