Celebrate EE Smith High School Reunion Weekend by attending a Celebrity Benefit Concert featuring Special Ed and other artists also to include a talent showcase competition, Meet and Greet. Proceeds go to support academics and scholarships for the students at EE Smith High School. Terms & Conditions In these Terms & Conditions, the “Organizer”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means Griffin Family Foundation (dba Griffin Education Foundation), the “Venue Management” means E. E. Smith High School and Cumberland County Schools, and “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket. Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of the Organizer and are subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass. 2. For the safety of people at the Event, the Venue Management and the Organizer reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate. 3. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. 4. All Ticket sales are FINAL. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances. 5. This Event is planned to take place outdoors and will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer). There are no refunds for bad weather. We strongly advise that you come dressed appropriately for an outdoor Event. 6. The Organizer reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets. 7. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, threats to public health, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organizer. 8. Neither the Organizer nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury however caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors. 9. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. 10. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes while at the Event by the Organizer and our trusted sponsors and partners. 11. Professional video and sound recordings are not permitted in theatrical and performance areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organizer. 12. Visitors agree to the following restrictions while at the Event: No Outside Food or Beverages No Alcoholic Beverages No Animals (with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs) No Folding Chairs or similar furnishes 13. Visitors agree fully to comply with all federal, state, local laws and regulations as well as the Rules and Regulations of the Venue Management while at the Event. 14. Visitors agree to fully indemnify and hold the Organizer and Venue Management harmless against any expenses, costs, loss (including consequential loss) or damage that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of, or access to or conduct in connection with the Site, including any breach by you of these Terms. 15. The relevant federal, state and local law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United States will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions. As a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN# 46-4904064), every donation makes an impact, and we are so thankful for your support. No goods or services were exchanged for your contribution, and your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. Please retain this letter for your tax records. Please be reminded that there will be No refunds or guarantees and that this event will proceed rain or shine. We ask that you enjoy yourself without harm to anyone or violators will be removed there will not be any alcohol on the school grounds and all donations are final.
