This is not your average derby party! Take It Outside Events owned by Drena Ozene and Outlier Creative Productions owned by Tori Bishop have partnered to produce A Derby Soiree' Celebrating the Black Horsemen. We have an amazing event planned with live music from Keep It Live Entertainment, DJ Danzy, delicious food provided by Elaine's, champagne, hooka, and some bomb decor. This event will be a whole vibe!! We will also celebrate the rich history of African American jockeys in the Kentucky Derby. If you love fashion this event is for you! The best dressed, female, male, and couple will win a cash prize. Ladies get those hats ready! Best hat wins a cash prize! Each VIP ticket includes food, a complimentary glass of champagne, and entertainment. General Admission includes access to the event and live entertainment This event is definitely about fashion, so dress to impress and you could win: best dressed female, best dressed male, best dressed couple, or best hat. The majority of seating is open, however, we do have tables of four available to purchase. There are also a limited amount of sections that seat 8-10 available.
