I’m a dad, a husband, and martial artists who loves to teach people how to protect themselves. Join me and my family in the park once a month. One hour of self defense in the park includes a blend of Karate, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and good old fashioned self-defense. AGES 8 yrs old and up (NO DROPOFF). PARENTS: ALL Children 8 yrs. thru 18 are expected to have an engaged parent with them. You are REQUIRED to help, encourage, and supervise them while in attendance. By RSVP'ing YOU UNDERSTAND All participation is at your own risk. Anyone with health conditions should consult their doctor before participatingI understand the potential dangers that I could incur in martial arts and self defense training; including but not limited to, any interactions with the teacher an other attendees. Understanding those risks, I hereby release Smile and Grind, Michael Moore, assistants, and other non-employe helpers and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with Smile and Grind from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature (or perhaps even death) to me or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to attend and participate in our training events.
