My name is Kaileia and I am a certified therapeutic art life coach as well as a Ringling College BFA graduate/Creative Writing Trustee Scholar. I led my first art therapy workshop last summer at Kirpal Ecological and Meditation Center on the Big Island of Hawaii and most recently, facilitated the beta version of "The HeART of Freeing Your Inner Child" at the annual Florida Creativity Conference in March 2023 where it scored a 4.6 out of 5 (when the average session mean score was 4.5). Due to its success, I wanted to introduce this healing medicine to the greater Sarasota community! In this workshop, I'll share my own personal techniques to enhance creative expression and ways to tap into intuition and imagination. Together, we'll explore the power of play and how it can open up new creative channels as well as help you to overcome creative blocks. This workshop is designed for anyone interested in exploring their creativity and connecting with their inner child.
