It covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help book 2. You will learn about each of the 26 “Safety Energy Locks,” which are hubs for your body's energetic pathways. Gail will also teach you about “quickies” (easy abbreviated steps to help reduce pain, fatigue, anxiety and more). And you'll have plenty of hands-on time to experience the art of self-care.
No prerequisite. (Self help classes based on these books can be taken in any order.)
Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:
