Dr. Aprill Harmon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-S) and a Certified Whole Health Coach. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Social Work (MSW). She is an author, speaker, instructor and clinician. She has over 18 years of experience in the field of social work, including over 12 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In addition, she is a graduate of the VA National Social Work Leadership Training Program, LEAD, Leadership Development Institute (LDI), and a recipient of the Employee Incentive Scholarship Program. Dr. Harmon has served on several committees during her tenure at with the VA including Whole Health, Intimate Partner Violence, Human Trafficking, High Suicide Risk and Professional Development Committees to name a few. She has also served several years as a field instructor for graduate social work students. Her passion is empowering others to reach their goals and become effective change agents.
